Aftercare Programmes. We cover ALL addictions. You do not have to have your treatment with us. This is open to anybody who needs help after drug and alcohol rehab, or after an alcohol home detox. We offer the following programmes for rehab aftercare / relapse prevention. Your programme will start the day you leave rehab. This continued support will help you from relapsing after treatment. Your aftercare programme will start the day the you comes out of rehab or finish your alcohol home detox programme. With ALL our aftercare programmes, we offer a Free 10 minutes chat with your coach before you take on an aftercare relapse prevention programme. This is to make sure you are happy with the coach who will be guiding you through your aftercare relapse prevention programme and understand the programme you wish to participate in. Our aftercare programmes, relapse prevention programmes have proved to be very successful, and are saving clients a lot of money.
